A stacked deck!

I rarely ever give nuggets out according to what I am going through or experiencing at the time. I have had folks email me that question. I tend to wait on God to direct me to a scripture and then go from there. Have you ever gone through a period in which it seems as if someone is trying to stack the deck against you? Maybe it seems as if folks are trying to marginalize you or negate who you are in Christ. Ever felt like someone was trying to flex on you? If that is you, I want to just share some of my history with God. In the years that I have been serving, I have had folks go all out to try to discredit me and the ministry that God has given me. Try to minimize the ministry of my family. Use their positions or titles in order to try to seemingly bully me. Place in me in a position in order to embarrass me. I have even had leaders without warning attempt to put me on the spot in front of folks and say, “Today’s speaker, has just arrived.” These are the instances where God stepped in and gave me a WORD that no one could ignore. I have had folks try to shut me down and God would send me to another state or country to minister to HIS people. I recall getting an email from a guy who I never met, asking me to minister at a praise and worship conference in Florida. He was like, I don’t know you, do not particularly listen to your style of music but am led to ask you to minister at this conference. Here I am thinking that this is some small town thing and when I arrived at the airport, there were escorts and folks there to take care of me. I had a nice spot by the beach. At the conference, I was ministering with preachers that I watched on television. One night at dinner as I am trying to feed on every word that they were saying, I spoke aloud when I actually meant to speak to myself. I asked myself, “What am I doing here, with all of these powerful speakers?” One of the preachers who heard me leaned over and said “What God qualifies, no man can disqualify.. God knows who you are and He knows how ready you are.” The preachers all turned and looked at me. They assured me that my days of being pushed, tested and tempted were only beginning. There will always be those who think that their man given authority will stand up next to God’s authority over my life and ministry. Their efforts will always be futile. The scent that God placed on me would be more than they could handle. I stand on the words that one said to me that night.” Regardless of how the enemy tries to stack the deck against you, you will always be holding the winning hand.” To the one reading this who is feeling that way or going through anything like it, I will end this nugget like this… You can bank on it… Stand on it.. And Count on it… With God on your side, you will never face any opposition strong enough to minimize your calling.. The stage that you are standing on, is a prep for the arena that you are headed to.. The hand that you have been dealt by God, is a sure winner.. Feast on these words with me and laugh at the efforts of the opposition because they are soooo clueless.

Romans 8:31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

Bless you,

Kai
