For No reason At All

As I read John 10:28 I received even greater revelation on the Love of God that I felt compelled to share. I have touched on this topic some before but feel the need to share again and hopefully issue out a nugget that you would consider fresh and nutritious. I want to reach out to the one who feels that they have fallen out of God’s graces because of their actions. I have come to find that God is so much not like us. So many of us love on condition and circumstances. We fall in and out of each other’s “good graces”. I imagined the book of life having my name written and erased in it so many times. If man controlled the book then maybe that thought would be true. The word of God is always checking me. Here is the nugget for you. There is nothing that you can do if you are a believer, to make God love you more than HE already does and when you mess up, HE doesn’t love you any less. HE already proved that with the sacrifice of HIS son. HE already knew that we would mess up so many times. The thing we need to know also is that doesn’t give us a pass to act ungodly. The second part of my nugget is for those who feel that they have the right to judge, be unforgiving and see their way as THE WAY. We must Love because God is LOVE. We cannot judge because we too will be judged and in order to be lifted up, we must deflate our egos and attitudes. Being a believer doesn’t give us a pass to cut up or act ugly. It just gives us the right to pursue God all out when we mess up. I love the LeCrae song which says I wanna be just like you. If you really mean that, we must take on the character of God. Love (1 Corinthians 13) for no reason at all. Our shepherd does it in our cases and what makes us think that we are higher than HE? Let me go even deeper on God’s unconditional love. Even when we are jacked up, he keeps us close. He promises eternal life… You know what? I am just going to leave this scripture with you.

John 10:28

I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand
