Hey Fam, today, folks have been raving about the game between Houston and the Colts. They seem to be so appreciative of such a good game. I did see it, by the way. It made me think again on the word gratitude…. Stay with me. I often say in Sunday service that it is a shame that on Sunday afternoon folks will lose their minds cheering for their favorite football team and players but when it comes to giving praise to the one responsible for our existence and our many blessings, we become too cool or seem to have no real gratitude. We take it all for granted. Let’s be truly thankful for all that GOD is and does for us. Even for the things that stretch and stress us, because even they work out for our good. Before the next blessing falls on us, Let’s thank God in advance… Guess what? Too late.. Some think that I’m a fanatic. The answer is yes.. I love my NY Giants… My Yankees and still love them Steelers.. Loved watching them win every championship that I was able to witness but my gratitude is to the one who saved me.. that is who gets my true applause today.. So.. As I like to say on Sunday mornings… The Grateful folks only… That is if you aren’t ashamed to rep Him right and find HIM worthy…. GIVE GOD SOME EAR BLEEDING PRAISE! I recall Jesus thanking the Father before receiving an answer from him. Just because HE knew that the Father had already heard HIM…
